I started working at ITS Global as a part-time summer mover prior to 2008. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in business management in 2008, I was hired-on full-time by ITS Global with the intention of being back-up sales consultant to our former top sales consultant, Randy Woolcott. Due to the Great Recession (sales drastically declining) and with my previous excelled hands-on knowledge with driving, moving and packing, I was promoted to Operations Manager and remained in that position for about 6 years. In 2015, I was promoted to full-time outside sales.
My responsibilities include local/intrastate/interstate COD/National Account sales, retirement housing accounts, small Office and Industrial sales, international sales, achieving sales goals, monitoring competition, maintaining customer satisfaction, building relationships and identifying leads (self-generation). I've earned numerous sales recognition awards over the years from Bekins Van Lines and continue to be recognized in Bekins monthly Sales Standings as being among the top 35 COD & National Account Sales Representatives (there are about 143 Bekins Agents nationwide).
Outside of work, I play recreational basketball, coach youth women's basketball and enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two children.
