We used ITS Global for our move from Portland to Seattle. Wee were advised by the sales rep Randy Whoolcot to not purchase their additional insurance which turned out to be a massive mistake. The movers broke several items and neglected to put a pad on top of our dresser before stacking things on top of it. The 1 year old dresser is scratch and dented beyond repair and the 60c per pound coverage won't come close to the cost to replace it. You have the option of writing if the cost of something is more than the weight when they show up. It was explained in a way to make you think that they only want to know about small china and trinkets and the movers are already packing your things before you even have a chance to understand what you are signing. Make sure you write down every piece of furniture, electronic, wine glasses, basically everything you own is worth more than .60c per pound before they arrive to your house. Think about it, a dinner plate is maybe half a pound so they'll give you 30 cents if they break your plate regardless of how expensive it was. In our case it was wine glasses which don't weigh anything so they don't cover it at all. Our driver showed up to Seattle an hour late without a working phone. Because of that nobody at ITS Global had a clue where he was or when he would show up. He also had forgotten his wallet and despite watching them drop boxes and put furniture onto a hand truck without a pad I felt inclined to give him some cash so the poor kid

The move went as scheduled for the pickup. The packers and movers were very efficient and professional about packing the household stuff and loading the truck. All of the goods were delivered in the projected/scheduled window of opportunity. So far the contents of the shipment has arrived without breakage, although I have emptied only half of the boxes. I would recommend using ITS Global. Sarah, Randy, Tyler at Bekins Dispatch and all of the guys doing the heavy lifting were great. Everyone experiencing a move with a Wheaton Van should have Jim Funkhouser as the driver. He was the best!

Rob, Pat and Derrick packed me out. On moving day, it was Rob, Derrick and another guy whose name escapes me. The new place is on the second floor and there are 2 sets of stairs just to get to the front door. These guys did stellar work. Everything got up to the apt. with no damage to possessions or the building. The packing was first rate - everything was secure and there was no breakage. The total for the move was very close to the amount estimated a few weeks ago. Very professional - I recommend ITS Global Relocation Services whole-heartedly!

Seth and Derek packed us on Wednesday. Thunder and Nick finished up packing some of our odder shaped items and loaded up the truck the next day. They were all friendly, professional and cheerful throughout the process in spite of torrential rain at times and having to deal with a three story townhouse. They asked us questions throughout the process to make sure we were on track. And we came in slightly below the estimate. I would recommend a team from ITS Global without any reservation.
